Job Description
- Plan and carry out direct marketing activities.
- Liaise and attend meetings with Warehouse/Cold Storage Owner to add them to our network.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers.
- Respond to and follow up marketing inquiries by mail, telephone, and personal visits.
- Develop ideas and create offers for direct marketing.
- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
- Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
