Job Description
Responsibilities
- Marketer’s at Togedr are responsible for driving the P&L for entire set of categories and business lines by building and leading teams in specified areas/zones
- Create quarterly marketing plan and sales action plan for the area
- Build, train, manage and lead a team to drive P&L across all product categories
- Develop and maintain the Togedr partnership network with key stakeholders in the city – especially service provider principals and key corporate entities
- Take decisions on regional pricing decisions for customized packages
- Assess customer needs and sell customized solutions across multiple products
- Generate customer insight to feed into and shape product development plans
- Conceptualize launch of new product strategies within your region to increase the user base and ensure repeat customers
Desired Characteristics:
- Should be a self-starter and able to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated excellent sales and marketing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence others without formal authority
- Prior B2B sales experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment of a high growth startup
