Job Description
- Manage accounts of the assigned region and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, products sales and customer retention and customer acquisition.
- Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.
- Work with tech support team to develop marketing campaigns to support Sales Strategy
- Identify requirements for new products to anticipate and potentially lead the market.
- Sells through distributor to end users in coordination with distributor sales team.
- Proactively leads a joint planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive distributor relationship.
- Undertake regular reviews with all involved in these processes to ensure smooth execution of sales.
- Manage accounts, quote and order status by the CRM database.
- Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity.
- Adhere to Enixs quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers, opportunities and submission of tender documents.
