Job briefing:

  • We are looking for a StemStartup Marketing Ambassador to execute marketing campaigns to generate new prospects and to ensure client retention. 
  • The ideal candidate with a charming personality and with good communication skills will be handling a wide range of marketing process. 
  • This person will work on the database of clients that are a mixture of existing and new contacts and get involved in all aspects of the marketing process including field work and Tele calling.
  • This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy work challenges.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of product/service delivered by the company and effectively communicate value to customers to enhance sales.
  • Travel to the locations as specified in the rooster to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Deliver marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing product awareness and enhancing sales and profits.
  • Make telephone calls to prospects
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
  • Use company script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct campaign calls
  • Gather and report customer intelligence by giving genuine feedback, serving as an advocate & information source for the company.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to generate new marketing strategies based on the experience gained to accelerate growth and client conversion.
  • Participate in company’s initiatives and share best practices with the peers and company.
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending the ongoing conferences and training.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related task as needed.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills are mandatory.
  • Pro-active and willing to take initiatives and responsibilities.
  • The candidate must possess cultural awareness, be flexible and demonstrate sound work ethics
  • Support company in market survey and ground research.
