Job Description
- Must have good destinations knowledge of Singapore.and Dubai
- Co-ordinate with clients & agents, Provide booking as per query, Taking follow-up of outstanding.
- Handling calls and Web leads from client giving them best deals and best tour Itinerary.
- Identifying strengths and weaknesses of competitors.
- Promoting and marketing the business, sometimes to new or niche markets.
- Managing budgets and maintaining statistical/financial records.
- Selling travel products and tour packages.
- Dealing with travel agents enquiries and aiming to meet their expectations.
- Overseeing the smooth, efficient running of the business.
- Plan, prepare and cost itineraries for clients.
- Processing end to end bookings (hotel confirmation, land services, , visa, & in close and coordination with agent.
- Must have good knowledge of Hotels rates & Tour Packages.
- Preparing Daily Sales Report
