Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. The candidate should possess good knowledge about sales and marketing. The Business Development Manager would be acting as a spokesperson for the organization. The individual will be developing in coordination with various teams internally as well as the client.
The Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients within agreed sectors and develop a sales strategy to support.
- Generate new business and maintain a high quality pipeline of business prospects.
- Deliver sales strategies and growth plans in line with company objectives. Complete presentations and proposals.
- Manage sales forecasts and pipelines.
- Complete presentations and proposals.
- Develop campaigns for existing and new clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction and high quality results.
- Ensure this is communicated effectively to the client.
- Develop networks within agreed sectors and develop an in-depth knowledge of those sectors.
- Work professionally and efficiently with the rest of the team to get the best results for clients.
- Be an ambassador for the business and promote other services when the opportunity arises.
- Ability to think on their feet, react quickly to client's requests during meetings and offer value and input at all levels of meetings Be a motivated, self-starter working to individual sales targets, but as part of a small team.
- Excellent verbal and written skills are mandatory.
- Achieve monthly sales target.
