International BPO “Technical Sales Officers” Max Sal 60,000 +/Month+ Unlimited IncentivesLocation – Gurgaon Sector -18Shift – US5 day Working Fixed Saturday/Sunday Off, Free (Both side Cab) + Meal
Job Responsibility

Deals with brand support, Antivirus Support, Printer support, OS support etc.
Responsible for taking Inbound calls from Customers for Selling of Online Technical Support Subscription for Window based Computers/laptops
Candidates with 1 year + Experience in Technical Sales Process in International BPO

Must have Software and Hardware knowledge in terms of common issues and resolutions like Virus, System Slow issues.
Printers and other peripherals along with Laptop and Desktops
To achieve targets
Should have Experienced in Hardcore Selling
Should have good convincing power
Would be required to handle Customer Grievance
Should be Comfortable with shift timings
Excellent in Communication and Technical skills
