Job Description
Part of the B2B operations,
- Support the local teams in all aspects of B2B Sales operations: from lead generation to contractual settlement and invoicing
- Develop a network of corporate customers, negotiating agreements and supporting in making first purchases
- Build the offering, optimizing ordering process, find solutions to bottlenecks in our system and ensure proper roll-out of new global solutions
- Develop offering, marketing supports, exclusive deals to improve effectiveness of meetings and increase sales
- Following up orders and ensuring the best customer experience – planning peak orders in advance, arranging capacity with operations, solving issues
- Ensuring that processes are followed and bringing in new ideas for improvement
