As Marketing Executive, you will get an opportunity to be part of Offline Marketing team and drive seller focused flagship marketing campaigns on the college ground.

The candidate is expected to manage marketing campaigns on college ground and guide them to buy the product from us. To be successful in this role, you should have superior communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, you will work autonomously taking control and responsibility for achieving the objectives of the role. A person in this position is expected to have the ability to identify colleges which can accept our product and drive campaigns with marketing our story. Also, negotiation and organizational skills must be your natural quality. This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.

This position is based in Andhra and Telangana

Role and Responsibilities
As Marketing Executive, you will have the following key responsibilities – 

• Conceptualizing and executing college focused marketing campaigns
• Managing and coordinating with students and faculty to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Drive campaigns on ground to deliver results for the organization.
• Analyze metrics to ensure improvements in our campaigns and achieve best college experience
• Coordinate with internal teams and drive efficiency across different stages in seller’s life cycle.
• Get colleges on-boarded and tie-up with students.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or MBA - Marketing degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing role preferred.
• Passionate about marketing skills and Highly proficient in Negotiation skills
• Demonstrated Analytical ability, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
• Experience working with education marketing is an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated an ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
