- Learn about the products and their features to present to other customers & distributors
- Getting training and giving training to fellow sales distributors
- Doing end to end sales to achieve easy targets & handsome incentives
- Selling products to customers and new joining distributors
- Recruiting new sales distributors to achieve targets easily
- Displaying leadership qualities to respective teams and motivate them
