Job Description
Job Duties:
- Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects; researching and analysing sales options - marketing/selling digital financial products. (Not to worry - these aren't insurance or credit card sales!)
- Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Go-getter attitude, good presentation skills, ice-breakers, optimistic and having high energy levels, positive negotiation and prospecting skills, achieving sales goals, exhibiting creativity and presence of mind, sales planning, ability to manage independently.
- Candidates who are adept at using smartphones and online digital marketing software.
- Candidates who are very fluent in English, apart from basic Hindi and Kannada.
- Candidates who have their own two-wheeler or other vehicle.(Priority is given as per above preferences - but none of them are mandatory. We will provide training anyways.)
Few more details:
- We have positions open for both full-time and part-time employees. The remuneration will vary accordingly.
- The remuneration will be consisting of a basic component along with commissions - paid monthly. (i.e. basic + variable pay structure)
- Face-to-face interviews will occur only after shortlisting candidates from the initial telephonic round.
