Job Description
Sales Executive Job Duties:
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Appointing new Dealers
- Reaching to other products dealers who really need our products
- Reaching to our Business professionals, Building contractors,Architects,Engineers & Plumbing Contractors to explain our product and services & our Company
- To create new leads through business directors, client’s referrals, cold calling and from the individual's circle.
- To build the relationship with vendors. Maintaining positive business relationship to ensure future participation.
- Prepare and give report on daily meetings scheduled, final feedbacks, customer needs &problem faced.
- Timely fallow up with dealers and customers.
- Visit site to understand the requirement of our products as per the site condition
- Visit to Architects, Engineers and contractors, plumbing contractors Place
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Any Graduation with has good experience in similar field,
- Should have 2–5 years of experience in Tele-Marketing
- Excellent in oral communication skills English, Kannada and Hindi
- Candidate having experience preferably in construction field, especially in Water, Energy & Environmental management field.
- Should be a passionate, have a positive attitude and being proactive is must
- Should be a Challenging & target oriented,Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

- Proven experience as a Sales CO-Ordinator or relevant role
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
