Job Description
The candidate has to achieve sales targets assigned on a monthly basisThe candidate needs to interact with new customer through cold calls/activitiesVisit the customers & give them information regarding the productProvide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best termsMaintain and update listings of available propertiesPrepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)Guide the customers about the product specifications by understanding their needsThe candidate has to close the sales call and develop channelsThe candidate will be responsible for convincing and advising to client & associates The candidate needs to arrange the site visits of customers
Required Candidate profile
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skillsStrong sales, negotiation and communication skillsPleasant and trustworthyProven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson(if experienced)The candidate must be a graduate
