* At least 1 year of Sales Experience, with a high-performance track record.
 Track record of over-achieving quota 
* Excellent written and spoken communication. 
Ability to communicate very well in English 
* Strong negotiation & sales skills 
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices 
* Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
* Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
* Experience with the Real estate will be an added plus 
* Knowledge of the local language is also an added plus
