Job Description
Job Summary
1. To sell our services and offers to prospective buyers, over the phone.
2. Generate new leads, using our existing database and other databases.
3. Increasing the revenue of the business through the sale of membership
to prospective members.
4. Introducing our full range of products and services to prospects over
the phone.
*Responsibilities and Duties*
1. Selling Memberships, Packages, Retail, and additional services.
Responsible to enter all details of customers, walks ins, customer enquiry
etc in.
2. Develop local marketing and social media campaigns to generate leads.
3. Responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new
clients and selling renewals/upgrades to current members along with other
income.
4. Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population, including
strong verbal communication skills.
5. Go the extra mile to meet sales target and future sales.
*Required Experience.
Skills and Qualifications*
1.Proven experience as Marketing/ Sales Executive/customer service similar
role.
2.Proven track record of successfully meeting sales target.
3.Ability to quickly learn about our services and explain the same to
customer/prospects. 4.Relevant computer skills.
5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6.Excellent negotiation skills, ability to resolve complaints.
