Job Description
Enterprise & B2C Sales relies heavily on relationship building and consultative selling. Since the stakes are high, the selling cycle is usually long and decision making involves multiple stakeholders, there are a lot of varied responsibilities that one needs to undertake.
Below are some or all of the responsibilities that one needs to handle:
- Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification, and classification
- Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services.
- Handle presentation & sales pitches with clients F2F & over the phone too.
- Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs
- Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients
- Ensuring proper servicing and after-sales support to clients
- Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence
Education - Any education level would be good provided, the candidate has good communication skills with English as language. Other languages would be a added advantage.
