- Developing the sales strategies and market research to achieve the sales targets
- Develop relationships through various channels to attract new customers
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
- Collecting the customer's queries (inbound/outbound) & feedback and resolving the customer's requirement
- Participate in active marketing initiatives, attending industry events, exhibitions
