Job Description

Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Visit or set up meetings potential customers for new business
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on CFL products/ services
Generates New Leads
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Retain Existing Clients and plans strategy for the same
Train the team members with their respective position
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.
