Job Description:
- The main objective of the Job is to identify, develop and
maintain market for education loan. Establish and implement the sales process.
Drive sales of educational loan products in the market. Understand educational
loan market and drive business.
Job Specification:
- Candidate who are ready to hit the field hard
- Achieving monthly login & disbursal targets
- Relationship building with existing business partner for
lead Generation
- Work on leads allocated and maximize the conversions
- Quality service to the customers
Candidate Specification:
- Graduation is a must
- Good presentation & interpersonal skills. Can
communicate in English and local language
- Person should understand educational loan market and
international universities, courses fee structures, career options etc.
- 2 months to 3 years of experience in Sales &
Relationship Management (will be preferred)
- Internship experience of selling financial products /
services will also be an advantage.
Compensation / CTC Details:
- For Fresher: Monthly Fixed Rs 12,000 + Quarterly
Incentives of Rs 20,000 to 30,000.
- With 2-3 years’ Experience: Monthly Fixed Rs
16,000 + Quarterly Incentives of Rs 20,000 – 30,000.
