Job Description
A business analyst is someone who analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology.
Strategic planning — to identify the organization's business needs
Business model analysis — to define the organization's policies and market approaches
Process design — to standardize the organization’s workflows
Systems analysis — the interpretation of business rules and requirements for technical systems (generally within IT)
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the business case
- Planning and monitoring
Responsible for getting business through different channels (Up work, Freelancer, Email Marketing,Linked, Etc.) for IT Services.
- Must be able to make proposals and replies to the leads
- Eliciting requirements
- Requirements organization
- Translating and simplifying requirements
- Requirements management and communication
- Understanding of systems engineering concepts
- Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
- Using IT resources at an advanced level to create IT solutions, enabling organizations to better meet their goals.
- Should be having the basic know-how of web development technologies.
- Should have excellent interpersonal skills to interact with all the parties involved
Business analyst works will be on good incentive based + Basic salary also.
The business analyst will work on the self-tools kit as like laptop, Micro Headphone, Internet Connection etc.
