Job Description
- Understanding of Academic- Engineering, University or Government Institution sales cycle.
- Good commercial understanding including tenders and other special commercial situations.
- Ability to research and analyse market and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong graphic design sensibilities.
- Ability to travel extensively and at short notice
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent people skills to communicate with customers
- Familiarity with various kinds of learning-training products/methodologies

- Good at Problem solving and Conflict Management

- Inspirational and Motivating Meeting designated accounts and Customer acquisition.
- Ensure timely visits to Academic Institutions, Libraries, & Research Centers.
- Represent GIST and make product pitch at customer locations.
- Work closely with the Business Administration team to understand product offerings.
- Ensure timely reporting as per guidelines provided.
- Ensuring optimum utilization of resources and internal processes to ensure customer satisfaction and growth in the territory.
- Creative planning for sales related activities for the areas to drive volumes.
- Maintaining up to date files, information generation feedback from the market.
- Customer Relationship building.
