Job Description
o The Job involves anchoring all the digital media sales activities for a region.
o This involves actively pitching to brands/agencies and presenting them with creative brand solutions.
o Needs to have and be able to drive lots of contacts in the industry.
o Needs to know and quickly get connected with all major media buying agencies to be able to liaison with them on a daily basis.
o Owns revenue targets and pushes for them actively.
o Will need to be able to straddle sales of large bundled offerings and not typical banner campaigns - brand solutions, brand integration and so on.
Account Management
o Manage the overall relationship with the clients / agencies
o Working with tech Ops and delivery teams to set up the campaigns and monitoring campaign delivery.
o Analyze performance of clients campaigns to ensure delivery as per agreed KPI’s
o Ensuring there is constant communication, reports & insights are shared with the advertiser on a timely basis
o Working on strategies to up-sell and cross –sell to get more revenue from the advertisers.
Requirements
o Minimum bachelor's degree
o Experience: 0-2 Yrs. (Experience into Digital Sales – Publisher/Platform side), Fresher’s considered.
o Females Preferred.
o Excellent Communications skills – written & verbal
o Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint and aptitude for number crunching
