Business Development (Operations and Sales)
Required skills and responsibilities:
  • Independently lead and responsible for operations of one entire business segment consisting of multiple offerings
  • Identify, collaborate and meetings with institutes, agencies and other vendors for partnerships and sales.
  • Maintain operations of the entire business segment including handling customer queries and issue resolution over emails and phone.
  • Devise and execute business development plans for the business segment.
  • Coordinate planning activities with other functions and  stakeholders within the firm
  • Measure and report performance of all various functions and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

CANDIDATES PRESENTLY LOCATED IN MUMBAI SHOULD ONLY APPLY. CANDIDATES SHOULD BE WILLING TO VISIT BUSINESS STAKEHOLDERS FOR PARTNERSHIPS.

Candidates will be expected to work full-time (8hr/day) for 6 days week for a minimum of 6months. Work from home option is available with regular meetings telephonic meetings and in-person meeting scheduled over week including weekend or public holidays.
Compensation will be 10,000-12,000Rs/month and additional incentive depending on company and individual performance at end of 6months.
Candidates can also opt for freelancer roles with the company. It would facilitate work timings and work from home options. Payscale for freelancer role will be defined on performance basis.
