Job Description
Position Summary:
As the Regional Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying brokers to meet sales and profitability goals.
This role will be responsible for prospecting, identifying, closing, and growing new account business in the form of agent/broker memberships and targeting the market share.
This person must have excellent knowledge of their respective region and have established relationships within the ecosystem to leverage business opportunities for IndiaMLS.com.
The RSA will be in charge of retaining agent/brokers through demonstrating the value of IndiaMLS.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Achieves the region’s agent/broker membership quotas for IndiaMLS.com
2. Maintaining and updating a database of all agents/brokers in the region
3. Create, monitor and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
4. Responsible for implementing the regional sales strategy that will include identifying all of the brokers/agents in the respective territory and carrying out the software into the marketplace.
5. Responsible for individual sales tracking
6. Maintains sales activities within the region including customer interactions and resource deployment.
7. Assists in organizing and planning membership recruitment activities including the events, training, and IndiaMLS demonstrations.
8. Along with a member(s) of the technical team, the RSA is responsible for the ongoing training and support for the brokers/agents utilizing IndiaMLS.
9. Correspondence and proactive communication with local real estate associations and organizations
10. Weekly web conferences and/or meetings with senior management to discuss leads, goals, and action items.
11. Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
12. Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
· Proven leadership skills
· Demonstrated track record in prior real estate sales or brokerage position
· Territory development knowledge and experience
· Prior attendance at real estate sales and training courses
· Strong team-handling, negotiation, networking, and decision-making skills
· Thorough knowledge of the respective geographic region and landscape
· Supervisory or management experience
· Experience in real estate brokerage
· Oral, written, and telephonic presentation skills
· Ability to prioritize responsibilities
· Competent in the use of CRMs and Microsoft Office suite to manage and report on sales pipeline and key account activity
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess 2-5 years of real estate, sales or brokerage experience
- Proven track record of success
- Sound presentation and negotiation skills
- Must be fluent in Hindi and English
