Mrib Chemicals - Job Details

  • Selling of complete range of analytical products directly to the customers.
  • To achieve sales target, profitability and cost objectives for the assigned territory in consultation with the respective Regional Manager
  • Continually monitoring sales performance to ensure all customer orders are realised internally and delivered in line with customer expectations
  • Development of New customer accounts. Generate new leads by identifying opportunities, promoting the interests of the company’s products. Takes initiative & proposes/plans/executes key activities viz. Seminars / Webinars / Mailing campaigns with RM/BM to maximize business opportunities.
  • To provide demo with or without instrument (Virtual demo) to customers
  • Has flair towards learning various Applications
  • Maintaining and updating customer information and leads management into CRM
  • To coordinate with service engineers to attend installations, routine maintenance and breakdowns.
  • To interact with customers, understand the needs and positioning of the products of the company as per his requirements/applications.
  • Building good customer relationship on long term basis.
  • To ensure the collections on sales within the company norms of Days Outstanding.
