Key Requirements: 

• Ability to convert verbally conveyed ideas in to graphics and visually impactful presentations
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; & zeal for creative writing with brevity and clarity
  
• Flair for researching business topics, preparing summary reports and developing training content
  
• Strong telemarketing and networking capabilities
  
• Aptitude to brainstorm, build, maintain and analyse social media presence
  
• Enthusiastic to support digital marketing campaigns, including email and social media
  
• Strong time-management and planning skills; with multi-tasking and problem solving abilities
  
• Maintain high level of confidentially and self-initiative to meet demands of the role
  
• Passion for providing dedicated administrative assistance with a pleasing demeanour

Candidate Profile:

• Graduation or equivalent combination of education and experience
  
• Experience of volunteering, internships, blog writing and public speaking, desired
  
• Diploma in secretarial practices or hospitality or marketing or mass media communications, preferred
  
• Typical 2 years of experience in similar roles and/or significant extra-curricular participation
  
• Demonstrable expertise on MS Office applications or equivalents
  
• Highly attentive to detail with willingness to learn and innovate
  
• Candidate from nearby areas, within easy commute, preferred
