Job Details:
- Organising sales visits
- Demonstrating/presenting products
- Establishing new business
- Maintaining accurate records
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
- Reviewing sales performance
- Negotiating contracts
Prime responsibility will be to manage to sell of flats.
Preference will be given to the candidates who are from the same city (Delhi/NCR) since a long time and having good links & contacts with the people so that they can build up their own team in a short span of time.
Preferred Knowledge and competencies:
Immediate joining
Very good knowledge of regional and residential markets etc
Leadership and Interpersonal Skills.
Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
Work Experience: Fresher or Minimum 6 months of experience in Real Estates
Educational Qualification: Graduate, Post Graduate (Any Specialization)
Salary: Rs. 220000 annually + Incentives
Own two-wheeler required
