Job Description
- A sales manager is responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
- Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
- Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
- Formulates all sales policies, practices, and procedures.
- Check Proper DSR of his Team on a daily basis.
- Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
- Holds regular meeting with his sales team viz-a-viz targets and daily performance
