Job Description - Business Development (Lead Generation)
Designation: Business Development
*on experience parameter

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Should hold HSC from any recognized university.
Minimum 1-4 years experience in Sales
Minimum 6m-1 year experience in Outbound Services/ Tele-calling /Customer Service

Age: 18-30 years

Location: SB Road, Pune

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new Business Opportunities via Telephonic calls, prospecting via social Media Platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, online Databases, Websites 
  • Identify Key Decision Makers by performing research and using prospecting tools 
  • Qualify the prospect based on response received in terms of guidelines given on respective campaigns
  • Schedule potential Client meetings with our in-house Sales Representatives. 
  • Manage Sales Funnel while interacting with Prospective clients and maintain relationships for re-marketed prospects. 
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve Monthly/Quarterly revenue Goals.
  • Develop and Provide Reports, implement Innovative strategies to boost Growth
