Sales and Marketing Officer
- Exploring business potential, opportunities and clients to secure profitable business volumes.
- Marketing and Direct sales of residential or commercial properties by presentation and demonstration of the features and benefits of available property.
- Convert prospects to closed sales. Provide close, personal client attention and tenacious follow up to ensure best service.
- Lead generation and managing the prospects.
- Responsible for handling queries related to site.
- Lead generation and managing the prospects.
- Business development through acquisition of high net worth clients.
- Identifying customer needs and assessing their risk appetite.
- Taking clients for site visit. Travelling extensively along with them
- Providing end to end solution for property requirements.
- Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge about the real estate market.
- Person should be of impeccable integrity and high moral values in life.
- MBA Marketing from a reputed institution
- Bike for traveling is mandatory
