Job Description
- To meet prospects/clients (small and medium businesses, service providers, professionals, TASC etc.) and generate leads for BCA accounts and follow ups for closures, Open market sourcing of BCA Accounts, Achieving of Monthly sales targets.
- Conduct/Perform field activities as planned with reporting manager on daily basis.
- Relationship Management, Engagement, Servicing to existing clients and prospects.
- To generate and report Service/Business requirements of clients and prospects. Track and Ensure service delivery.
- To seek and ensure that necessary approval for relevant deviations are taken as per process.
- Cross sell of third party products in line with client’s business / individual requirement.
- Update DSR and report on daily basis.
- To participate in Product / Process / Skill Development training as per planned schedules
