Job Description
- Sells consultative and make recommendations to prospects & clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
- Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
- Use the web leads generated directly by the company.
- Follow up and assist in account opening to create fresh clients.
- Assists in the implementation of company marketing plan as needed.
- Responsible for sourcing & developing client relationships and referrals.
- Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls,presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory.
- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction.
- Highly motivated should have knowledge about broking and/or financial industry.
- Must be willing to work hard and must be a highly personable.
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
- Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates.
- Preparing and distributing monthly reports.
- Must be a self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Demonstrate assertiveness and persuasiveness.
- Ability to work independently.
