Job Description
- Promoting the features of a product to an audience or client.
- Shows how product works, takes questions, and attempts to persuade the consumers or clients to buy the product.
- Handling customer query, maintaining the customer database and calling for walk in.
- Good relationship building with retail store teams.
- Confident & should have good presentation skills.
- Taking follow up in service issue.
- Candidate should be from sales background, have good knowledge of the customer complaint handling, should be presentable and maintains personal hygiene.
- Candidate should pass 10+2 and fresher can also apply for this who has good energy and passion to build his career in retail.
