Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Ø Analyze the leads generated from the MRE team and send an initial mail to the client in offering our staffing service.
Ø He will be doing initial level of email campaigns and cold calling with the client to make sure if the client has any staffing / full time requirements.
Ø He will be consistently following up (through calls and mails) with the client to arrange conference call with the technical recruitment team.
Ø He will send the conference call consolidation to the client and make sure that the client and our company is in the same page in required understanding.
Ø He will work with the client in executing the contract for staffing/full time needs.
Job Requirement:
Ø Should have understanding on Software technologies. An UG degree with technical background will be must for this role.
Ø Should be strong in composing emails & handle US client calls.
Ø Should possess excellent communication skills to build rapport with potential clients.
Ø Should have a high ability in listening/understanding and grasping.
Ø Should be a good team player for this role.
Ø Should be willing to work in US shift timing.
