Job Description
For Inside Sales(Preferably Females):
- Developing new business through networking and cold calling
- Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the Product/ Service
- Offering clear advice and solutions to customers
- Arranging business meetings and following up leads
- Understanding customers specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
- Login in sales calls and completing the sale.
- Keeping abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals;
- Developing effective sales plans utilizing sales methodology
- Provide customers with sales quotations
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
- Represent the organization at trade events
- Relationship building
- Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way
Criteria Required:
- 0-1 Years of hand on experience in IT Sales
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Hands on Knowledge in MS office
- Sales ERP usage experience is an added advantage
