Job Purpose:

•  To focus on revenue generation & meet targets by selling paid Training & Workshop over phone to the new and existing clients and maintaining relationships effectively. 
  
• The job is to reach out to various customers over phone, explain them the product & its benefits, and services the client so as to derive maximum ROI for the client enjoyable, and life-changing environment for Innovating and learning minds.
  

• Looking for Sales & Marketing Intern (Telecalling)
  
• Duration : 2- 6months
  
• Salary:  10 k to 15 k (No bar for deserving candidates)
  
• Location : New Delhi
  
• Type : Regular, 
  
• Education: B.Tech (female) students would give preference
  

• The selected intern(s) will work on following during the internship: 
  
• Handle client’s queries over the telephone
  
• Email and telephone follow ups and need to be good with telephonic etiquette
  
• Updating client database & develops a computerized customer and prospect database
  
• promoting a wide variety of products and services
  
• Sales & Revenue Generation:
  
• Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database
  
• Answer telephone calls from potential clients who are responding to advertisements/promotional calls
  
• Making outbound calls to achieve the assigned sales target.
  

• Effective Selling: Ratio of no. of sales calls to no. of conversions.
  
• Up-selling: Upgrading existing clients to next range of products.
  
• Profitable Selling: Availing low discount percentage.
  
• Ethical Selling: Promising/describing exact deliverable of the product.
  

• Willing to make a career in sales.
  
• Must have excellent communication skills.
  
• Information gathering & management skills
  
• Candidates with an exposure in MS Office and Internet would be given preference.
