FocalCode's Global Sales Team is looking for Sales Interns who are seeking a career in sales, want to be part of a hard-working team, and are eager for professional development.
What You'll Do

- Manage a high volume of leads, conduct introductory calls, educate clients on the power of FocalCode's products and solutions, and help close deals
- Make a high-volume of outbound calls to local business owners, across all verticals, each day
- Work within a fast paced team environment
- Currently a student in Business, Communications, or related field or a fresh graduate
- Responsible for securing housing in the vicinity of your assigned office for the duration of the internship
- Seeking a career within the sales field. Past sales experience relevant to this role is preferred, but not required
- Are coachable, implement feedback, and are dedicated to consistent self improvement
- Have demonstrated sales aptitude, with relentlessly high standards (you’re never satisfied with mediocrity)
- Are assertive, persistent, a good listener, and persuasive
- Are genuinely curious about people, local business, and possess the innate ability to inspire passion in others
- Adapt to new situations quickly and think on your feet. When faced with new challenges, or tough conversations, failure simply isn't an option
