- Responsible for achieving Sales Targets
- Should have experience in all verticals of Sales & Marketing.
- Should have Handled B2B, B2C and Channel Partner business in all formats.
- Need to lead a team of sales personnel
- Good knowledge of Real Estate Sales promotion, Business development, Market intelligence, competitor tracking & MIS.
- Candidate should have good negotiation skills.
- Must have knowledge in Geographical location of Hyderabad.
- Experience:
- Candidate should have a positive attitude & should be Goal oriented.
- Should be experienced in Real Estate Sales for a minimum of 4 to 8 years.
- Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills, with ability to build, lead and manage cross-functional teams in the development and execution of marketing long-term strategies and plans
- Proven ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines. Excellent influencing, consensus-building, negotiating, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to initiate and drive innovative/breakthrough strategies and tactics that generate revenue and share gains
- Ability to adapt to rapidly shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, respond quickly to changing business needs/timelines and complete quality assignments on time
