Job Summary
This a Banca role. ABSLI has a tie up with Indian Bank and a person in this role will be working out of an Indian Bank branch. This person has the responsibility of connecting with customers that walk in to the branch and to sell ABSLIs insurance products to them. What's even more exciting is that 5-6 Indian Bank branches are tagged to this person and leads from all branches will come to him/her. So no lead generations worries for this fantastic sales role! Salary between 2-2.2 lakhs per annum + a performance incentive of upto 10,000 per month!
Responsibilities and Duties

• Handling Bank Branch for Life Insurance Products.
• Relationship building with employees and branch managers of the concerned bank and to keep them motivated for business generation
• Increase sales of insurance products through assigned Bank Branch and devising plans to increase insurance sales through Banca staff and customers
• Getting leads from allotted Bank Branch and source business through direct marketing techniques.
• Support branch employees in their sales effort, in terms of generating benefit illustrations, accompanying on client calls if required etc
• Spearhead all lead generation initiative from the bank whether through walk in, data-mining, referrals and others.
• Joint Calls with bank branch staff for sales of Insurance Products.
• Training of Branch Employees on regular basis on insurance products.
