SALES OFFICER

• Salary-10000+incentives
• Meet and convince the customers and sell an appropriate product based on their needs.
• Responsible for fixing an appointment & convince the customer.
• Direct selling to the customers via appointments (Office/ Home visits).
• Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved
• Ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the Company/ Manager are attended and reverted within the target.
• They have to sell different products of the bank.
• Convince the customer through branch visit, open market & lead generation.

• 10th & 12th Mark sheet, UG provisional certificate or Consolidated Mark Sheet
• Pan Card
• Adhar Card

• 11,259/- CTC per month + Incentives
• 2,000/- Training Bonus for 6 Months 

• Gross Salary Rs.14700/- + incentives basis achievement of Target
• All Candidates are expected with good verbal communication skills in both English and Tamil
• Handling inbound customer call
• Addressing customer query pertaining to his account/credit card/Loan/Complaints.
• Expected to cross-sell the various products of the bank after they have serviced customer call.
• Appropriate training would be provided to handle customer query and to cross-sell bank products.
• Female staff, it would be a rotational shift starting from 7.30 am.
• For male staff, the shift would be 24/7.
• All candidates are expected to work on Sundays and Public Holidays when there is a business requirement
• Staff would be expected to adhere to all the compliance parameters laid by the bank. 

CRITERIA

•  Age should be between 21 to 35.
• Graduation is must.
• Candidate should be local.
• Fresher graduate can apply.
• Vehicle is mandatory.
