Job Description
(International Call Center/DUBAI - U.A.E. Process)
- Candidate should be able speak fluent English with minimum one year of International Bpo Experience (Preferably Sales Process).
JOB PURPOSE
- Contact businesses and individuals by telephone in order to promote and sell goods and services, receive orders, gather information, verify details etc.
- To maximize the effectiveness of the corporate account managers by producing high quality leads and working as a team towards agreed set targets and profitability goals.
- To provide a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner.
- JOB CONTEXT As a specialized Sales & Marketing professional we work to find the right solution enabling customers to make smarter, faster and more informed business decisions.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or charitable causes.
- Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads.
- Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors.
- Proactively follow up leads generated from canvassing by the account managers.
- Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies/ individuals who are not already on the database.
- Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business.
- Work closely with the team management to achieve sales objectives.
- Attend monthly meetings with the corporate Account managers to update information and discuss any issues.
- Liaise effectively with all concerned within the organization to ensure customers’ requirements are met.
- Contribute to team performance by sharing and implementing Best practices ideas.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
- Relevant work experience in call center sales, marketing.
- Product knowledge
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/JOB CHALLENGES
- Candidate should be willing to work in Night shifts (11.00 am – 8.00 pm)
- Shift Timing - 9 hours shift with 1-hour break.
- Week Off –Friday Fixed Off
- Candidate should be able speak fluent English with minimum one year of International BPO Experience (Preferably Sales Process).
