Job Description
Sales specialists are the principal point of contact between a business and its customers. Sales specialists ensure current customers have the right products and services, identify new markets and customer leads, and pitch prospective customers.
In many ways the face of the company, sales specialists may do everything from answering phones to monitoring the competition, all while maintaining good customer relations and pursuing new sales opportunities.
Applicants would need to be:
- Well-spoken. Clear and effective communication and presentable demeanour is a must.
- Have enough knowledge of the system integration/home automation/broader technology industry to answer basic questions from the clientele and understand what they are required to sell.
- Have an interest and passion for technology and to learn new things every day.
