Reporting to the Associate Sales Director , you will be responsible for sales of grid automation products/systems/services within Maharashtra region in accordance with strategy. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues.

Your Responsibilities
  • Accountable and responsible for pipeline generation for grid automation full portfolio.
  • Accountable and responsible for demand order targets meeting within Maharashtra.
  • Primary KPI 3’rd party demand sales and orders GM% on monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Effective implementation and uses of M&S tools, market/ competition intelligence & customer connect in assigned geography/ zone.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service and your knowledge of customer needs and Hitachi ABB Power Grids solutions.
  • Preparing sales plans and bids, with marketing and other departments, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.
  • Contributing to the identification and development of new market opportunities in collaboration with the wider Sales team.
  • Responsible for Collection & receivables and timely closure of project enquiries, queries & orders.
  • Monitoring customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background
  • A BE in Electrical & Electronic Engineering with relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years to Maximum 10 years of experience in marketing/ sales of grid automation (protection, automation, communication technologies and  would have dealt with power utilities/ Oil and GAS / Railways/ Metros/ EPC/ End users.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
