Key Accountabilities :

Create proposals, title lists, license agreements and other supporting documents for the potential customers.
Work with the line manager to assist the major projects across the business area.
Post-Sales Activities: Responsible for agreement execution, access confirmations, invoices, payment chase, generate report for sales analysis and handle customer queries etc.
Handle mailings of new title information
Assist with sales conferences, prepare marketing and sales materials for vendors and reps;
Handle customer service inquiries and troubleshoot customer service problems
Gather and disseminate sales data for monthly reports
Support the sales team by working with internal databases to provide reporting and information on an as needed basis
Periodic reporting to the line manager, distribution of task list to the sales person and proactive follow-up with work-in-progress tasks.
