Job Description
- Candidate will work as sales and support executive.
- He/She will be supporting Sales and Support executives on day to basis.
- Must have good knowledge of using Microsoft products like Excel, Powerpoint.
- All the mid office activities for both
pre sales & post sales which will broadly be as below
- Presentations & proposals to prospective clients
- Quotations, calculators & other requirements
- Coordinating with Sales and Support Teams
- Interacting with Marketing and Technical teams
- Point of Contact for OEM customer
- Coordinating with client and sales team
- Track and analyze all support issues for
existing customers
- Analysis of existing accounts
- MIS activities Provisions, projections &
expected conversions
- Maintaining competition database
