Job Description
Roles & Responsibility :
- Responsible for achieving primary and secondary sales target.
- Establish and develop new Customers in the assigned area.
- Marketing of new and existing products.
- Payment follow -up with Customers.
- Width and Depth of Distribution in the area.
- Responsible for new market development and new product launch.
- Responsible for revenue generation for assigned area
- Offer post sale service
- Management of dealer network, pushing sales through dealers
- New Dealers mapping
- Should be working with sales order applications. (preferred).
- Designation : Sales Team Leader
- Experience: Required 5-7 years
- Education Qualification: BBA or MBA
- Good exposure to distribution, distributors and Retailers.
- Ability to relate with People and communicate clearly
- Good Communication skills
