- Role:STL: Sales Trainee Leader
- Education : Graduate/PG.- Own bike is necessary.
- Skills : Good communication skill & convincing ability, Team leading & motivating ability,
- He shall be accountable for achieving the targets of his sales team
- Leading and motivating the sales force, achieving the width of distribution.
- Conducting display
- Building volumes and implementing the marketing and sales promotion initiatives
- In store visibility and execute company’s policy
- He should have 3 to 4 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector with a proven track record.
- Experience in handling channel sales, distribution network.
