Job Description
1. Arranging Demos and Converting demos to Enrollments, Raising invoices
2. Making calls to existing leads, making cold calls & ensuring you meet atleast 4 hrs+ TT/150+ calls
3. Maintaining proper records of calls made, demos arranged, conversions done and managing the CRM
4. Working towards achieving the target numbers given on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
5. Proving customer & sales support
6. Maintaining MIS of calls made, demos arranged, conversions done and managing the CRM
Any other lead management job as requested by the management under the skill set of Telesales agents.
