Designation: Sales Trainee

Job Description:
Sales Trainee - expected to supervise the FMCG Distributor Sales Representatives to ensure high degree of visibility,availability, through distribution / market-coverage in general trade & grocery retail outlets. 

Salary Package: 2.5 Lac per annum +Incentive

Program Highlights:
  • Provisional Offer Letter from UNIBIC before Joining Academy
  • 2 weeks virtual training 6 hrs/day + 2 weeks ‘learn while you earn’ virtual training 3 hrs/day & on field+ 6 months OJT(Including 2 weeks of ‘learn while earn’)
  • On-the-Job Training for 6 months at UNIBIC Locations with a monthly stipend of INR 14000+ Incentives.
  • Confirmed Job with CTC of INR 2.5LPA+Incentives.
Admission Process:

  • Apply for the Online Pre-Assessment Test (cut-off is 50% overall)
  • Interview with UNIBIC regional HR and BDM
  • Pay the Admission fee and start the training program in Bangalore. Upon selection, get the Invitation Letter from UNIBIC.
Program Fees : INR 36,000 inc taxes
