Job Description
Selection Criteria:
- Education - Minimum 12th pass
- Good communication
- Willing to work on the Field
- Willingness to “Make a Career in Sales & Marketing”
- Age between 18 to 28 years
- To attend field meetings punctually and regularly.
- Should be polite and courteous with colleagues & Customers.
- Daily Activity Report(DAR) on a daily basis with complete details of customer (Name, address, telephone No.) to be maintained.
- Ensure 6 Appointments and3 product presentations/ Demonstrations in a day through various activities like, cold calls, reference, FLC Activities& Road shows.
- Train customers on usage of products.
- Ensure at least 10 courtesy calls during the month to existing customers and document in the “Gift-A-Smile” book.
